15. Now your default header has been removed. You can see Add a Gadget link at the place where default header was placed before. Click on the link to implement custom header.

16. Now find suitable element for header from the gadget list. You can add image box if you prefer adding custom image as your header or else HTML/JavaScript element to implement header with dynamic or static content with the help of your HTML knowledge.

Note: You can add more gadgets which seems to be suite to your header section (except to the main header) upto the number of widgets you allowed in the header code at step 7.

5.After that they will decide on music composer,lyrist and song writer so that all this work should be ready as early as possible.
6.Them shooting of the film starts. Choreographer, director,song writer and lyrist sit and decide on the place of song in the film and its shooting locations and dance moves.Choreographer is responsible for the dance moves in the songs.
7.After completing all the shooting the work of editing ,sound mixing etc, which is called post production work starts.Though it is post production work it is very important for the success of the film.Editing is the art of cutting unnecessary scenes in the film which will not affect the track of story and makes movie fast and interesting.So this work is also very important.

THE IDEA
An idea occurs to someone such as a Writer, Director, Producer, or Actor. In this competitive industry, ideas need to be fresh and marketable. Whether the idea moves forward from this point, and how quickly, depends on who comes up with it.


DEVELOPMENT
An idea has to be evaluated before any significant money is spent on developing it into a full-fledged screenplay. The idea has to be original yet have an air of familiarity to be marketable to a broad spectrum of people. The budget is taken into account at every point of the process. If the idea manages to jump successfully through all the requisite hoops, a writer is hired under the WGA contract and a TREATMENT of the story is completed.

The treatment may go through many committees and studio executives before the process is allowed to continue to the actual screenwriting stage. Typically the writer who pitched the idea and worked up the treatment is hired to do at least the first draft. The screenplay usually goes through the same obstacle course that the treatment did. Major rewrites may continue right up to the first day of shooting, and daily rewrites throughout production are a common occurrence.

PREPRODUCTION
Once all the ABOVE-THE-LINE people are reasonably happy, the project moves into official preproduction. It is during this stage that any additional above-the-line personnel are hired. As the production start date becomes imminent, BELOW-THE-LINE crew are called. More often than not, the Director and at least one A-LIST star are asked to commit during development. Most films, both studio and independent, have a difficult time being financed without the interest of a major corporate or financial entity. As momentum for the project builds, schedules are created and a “realistic” budget is calculated. If not enough time is spent or shoddy work is done during preproduction, all efforts later on, during production and beyond, will undoubtedly suffer.

PRODUCTION
Assuming that the story and screenplay are strong and that plenty of time and money have been spent on preproduction, then PRODUCTION should be the easiest and most enjoyable part of the process. It is during this twelve-week period that the words on the page are turned into pictures and sound by a cast and crew of over one hundred skilled, and typically union (IATSE, DGA, SAG, Teamsters), employees. Every shot featuring the principal cast is filmed by the FIRST UNIT crew. If additional photography is needed that doesn’t necessarily involve the main cast, such as stunts or elaborate special effects, a SECOND UNIT and/or SPECIAL EFFECTS UNIT is assembled to shoot simultaneously at a different location.

POSTPRODUCTION
Postproduction is usually considered the period when all of the film is edited. The truth is that during actual production, an Editor has been cutting the DAILIES continually. By the time the shooting schedule ends, the Director will have a nearly complete movie to look at. Some Second Unit and effects work may continue far into the postproduction schedule. The Director and Producers will alter the Editor’s work as they please until they are happy. Location sound is fixed with ADR, SOUND EFFECTS are added, and a music score is married to the completed picture.

MARKETING
A publicity campaign is designed for the project during preproduction. Behind-the-scenes footage is coordinated by the Unit Publicist during production, as are any interviews that newspapers, magazines, and television outlets request. Prior to release, a PRESS JUNKET is held at a hotel with the principal players and reporters from around the world.

RELEASE
The red-carpet premiere, a marketing tool in the guise of a party to help sell the movie to the public, is a staple for many films. Journalists from around the world are invited to take pictures and ask questions of the movie stars.


It is important to note that while there are some differences in creating a feature motion picture as opposed to a television show, commercial, or music video, all of the jobs described here are done nearly exactly the same way, regardless of the project.

Insert the blank DVD-R into the drive in the PC. Exit out of any "AutoPlay" or similar dialog boxes that show on the screen.

Click "Start" on the taskbar at the bottom of the desktop. Type "Windows Explorer" in the search box at the bottom of the "Start" menu. Press "Enter" to open a window.

Find the "Computer" icon at the bottom of the left pane in the window. Click on the drive letter (C, D, E) that is assigned to the DVD drive in the PC. Wait for the "Burn a Disc" dialog box to open.

Type in a name for the DVD disc in the "Disc Title" section, such as "My DVD-RW" disc.

Fill in the radio button next to "Like a USB Flash Drive." Click "Next." Wait while the Windows operating system formats the DVD-R disc to function like a DVD-RW (rewritable) disc, flash drive or memory card. The background of the right pane will show the following message: "Drag Files to This Folder to Add to the Disc." However, if you are not ready to burn files to the DVD, click on "Close Session." Allow Windows to finish the current "writable" session. A notification message will appear from the taskbar indicating "Disc Ready."

Reinsert the DVD in the drive when you are ready to write files to the disc. Open Windows Explorer and then click the DVD drive's letter in the left pane. Find and drag your files to the center pane. Wait while Windows burns those files to the disc. Click "Close Session" when the process is complete. Repeat this step to write to the DVD-R disc in future burning sessions.

InPrivate, Incognito, Private Browsing -- whatever they want to brand it -- all modern browsers offer a special mode designed to keep what you do online a secret from prying eyes. Despite different names and origins at different companies, they all work in basically similar ways: A new browser session is created that operates separately from your existing one, with its own history and cookies that are erased when the window is closed. And though it can keep a snoop from seeing what sites you've visited by going through your history, it doesn't make you anonymous on the Web. Advertisers and law enforcement will still be able to track you.

When running a browser in private mode, everything you do is kept separate from your main session, including download lists, caches, browser history, forms, passwords and other temporary files. When the window is closed, all this information is erased, and can't be pulled back up in either a normal browser window nor a new private one. Beyond the obvious advantages -- there's a reason the feature has been dubbed "porn mode" -- having a separate browser that scrubs itself clean has a number of benefits. On a shared home PC, it's perfect for covering your tracks while Christmas or engagement ring shopping. If a paranoid guest needs to hop on your computer quickly, set them up with a private session, allowing them to browse to their heart's content. This produces headache-free perusals of bank balances or e-mail correspondence, prohibiting passwords from being automatically saved.

This trick obviously works in reverse, too. If you have to use a friend's PC or a public computer (such as in a college computer lab or a library), open a private browsing window to help keep your data safe.

Even if no one else touches your PC, having a standalone browser session comes in handy. One of our favorite tricks is to use an Incognito Chrome window to log into multiple accounts on a single service. For example, if you have two Twitter accounts, you can log in to one in your main browser window and the other in Incognito or InPrivate, optimizing your tweeting time.

Yet, these modes are not completely isolated from your main browser. Unlike simply opening a new window, private browsing modes are a completely separate "session" (meaning the two browser windows don't share data back and forth, e.g. you can't drag tabs between them) but they're still based on the primary browser. So your history, bookmarks and saved form data are still accessible from the private mode -- convenient for quickly browsing on the sly, but it means anyone using Incognito on your PC will be able to see just how much time you spend perusing Tumblr.

If you've got some secret browsing to do (we won't judge), here's how to quickly access the feature in the major browsers:

Internet Explorer InPrivate
InPrivate can be opened by pressing Ctrl+Shift+P or by selecting "InPrivate Browsing" from the "Tools" menu. If you don't see the menu, press Alt to reveal it.

Firefox Private Browsing

There is be no requirement of emigration check not required (ECNR) stamp, if you are not traveling for job or business purposes.

The Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs (Emigration Policy Division) have allowed ECR passport holders traveling abroad for purposes others than employment to leave the country on production of valid passport, valid visa and return ticket at the immigration counters at international airports in India w.e.f. 1st October 2007.

ECNR is only required if you are traveling to any of the below 18 countries for job/business:
United Arab Emirates (UAE), The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Malaysia, Libya, Jordan, Yemen, Sudan, Brunei, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Syria, Lebanon, Thailand and Iraq.

For all passports issued before January 2007, a blank second page in the passport means your passport is endorsed with ECR and you need to get emigration clearance if you are traveling to any of the above 18 countries for employment.

For all passports issued after January 2007, a “Blank” page 2 on your passport is deemed to have been ECNR endorsed. If you don’t fit into ECNR eligibility criteria, and Emigration Check is Required, there will be an endorsement in the passport regarding ECR.

Eligibility for ECNR status:

The following applicants are eligible for Emigration Check Not Required (ECNR) status:

Gazetted Government servants.
Holders of a PAN card.
Salaried people may submit income-tax deduction statement in Form16 for three years from their employers, along with copy of returns filed in income tax dept. All Income-Tax payees(including Agricultural Income-Tax Payees) in their individual capacity. Proof of assessment of income-tax and actual payment of income-tax for last one year or copy of PAN card. However, in most cases as an assessment order is not issued separately by the income-tax department, income-tax returns which are stamped by income-tax authorities can be accepted.
Persons holding professional degrees such as – Doctors holding MBBS Degrees or Degrees in Ayurveda or Homeopathy, Accredited Journalists, Engineers, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, Lecturers, Teachers, Scientists, Advocates etc.
Persons staying abroad for more than three years. An affidavit to this effect is to be submitted (as per format at Annexure ‘I’ of the instructions given along with passport application form. To download the format, please click here).
Spouses and dependent children of category of persons listed in above mentioned categories (except No. 2).
Spouses claiming ECNR should submit a copy of their husband’s passport with ECNR status and their eligibility proof under category 6.

Seamen who are in possession of Continuous Discharge Certificate and Sea Cadets. Also Deck Cadets who: (a) Have passed final examination of three year B.Sc. Nautical Sciences Courses at T.S. Chanakya, Mumbai, (or) (b) Have undergone three months Pre-Sea training at any of the Govt. approved Training Institute, after production of Identity cards issued by the Shipping Master, Mumbai/Calcutta/Chennai.
Persons holding permanent Immigration Visas of any country e.g. Green Card in USA.
Persons holding diplomas form recognized institutions like Polytechnics or Certificates of vocational training from Government / recognized institutions.
Nurses possessing qualifications recognized under the Nursing Council Act, 1947.
All children below 18 years of age. (After the age of 18, they will be freshly evaluated for their eligibility for ECNR). Dependent children of parents whose passports have the ECNR endorsement. In the case of such children ECNR classification will be restricted until they attain 24 years of age.
All persons above the age of 50 years.
All holders of Diplomatic / Official passports.
Persons holding educational qualification of Matriculation (10th class) or above.
All persons who have staying abroad for more than three years (the period of three years could either be at a stretch or broken), and their spouses, and children up to24 years. This facility will be valid till the minor attains the age of 24 years if the applicant falls into any of the above categories and desiers to have ECNR stamp on his/her passport, please submit the documentary proof of eligibility.
How to apply for ECNR stamping

If and only if you are traveling to any of the below countries for employment, you need to get ECNR stamp, if you does not have already:

United Arab Emirates (UAE), The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Malaysia, Libya, Jordan, Yemen, Sudan, Brunei, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Syria, Lebanon, Thailand and Iraq.

You have either to get the entire ECR stamp deleted, or if your are not eligible (categories listed above), you may get a temporary Emigration Suspension before leaving India.
